The product must be returned within 14 days of purchase to receive a full refund.

The product must be returned in the original packaging.

If the electric bicycle appears to be used or damaged, the product cannot be returned.

ZOLO covers the shipping costs if the product is returned.

ZOLO is not responsible for the product until it has been returned to the seller.

You are responsible for the product if it is lost on the way to us.
